Continuing the Tradition

Hansen’s have been examining eyes in the Central West since 1907.  Henry Hansen, a Danish jeweler and watchmaker, set up shop in Orange around the 1890’s.  His son Fred was the first to practice as an optometrist and to date there have been six Hansen optometrists over three generations.

From Henry’s humble beginnings there are now four practices across the Central West.

It has always been our goal to provide the best professional optometric services combined with the latest in vision technology and quality eyewear.

An optometrist is available in our practice for three out of the five days each week.

For appointments we suggest you call 1 week in advance, however each day appointments are reserved for emergency consultations.
